If you are not home
If you are not home to accept your parcel, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, a card will be left in your letterbox with instructions for re-delivery or collection from your local post office.
If your order has not arrived
If you have not received your parcel within 10 business days of ordering, contact us through our Contact Us page or email support@aussiepremiumsupply.com.au with your name and order number, and we will chase it immediately.
